【註】《续神童诗》是清代江宁(今江苏省南京市)书坊针对《神童诗》缺乏对学童道德品行方面的教导，而以“培育性情，开豁心地”为目的编写的。通俗易懂，对道德修养、为人处世不乏教益。

《Sequel to the Child Prodigy Poems》 was a work compiled during the Qing dynasty by a bookshop in Jiangning (today’s Nanjing, Jiangsu Province). It was written as a supplement to 《Child Prodigy Poems》 which lacked sufficient guidance on the moral conduct of school children, with the aim of “cultivating disposition and broadening the mind.” The text is easy to understand and provides much instruction in moral cultivation and conduct in daily life.
