八十抒怀
岁月啊，
作为一部新闻纪录片，
展现了我出生、就学和奋斗的身影。
作为无数个新起点的集结，
记载了我突破、转折和跨越的人生历程。
祖国啊，
你的沃土培育了我的生命，
你的精华铸成了我的魂灵。
我戴上火红的红领巾，
恰逢庆祝你隆重的诞生。
我第一次离开家门，
是骑着爷爷的自行车出行。
我第一次告别国门，
喷薄的骄阳挂在万里长城。
我在“日不落”王国，
经受信仰的洗礼，
远大理想永隽我心中。
我在现代帝国，
捍卫国家利益大展雄风。
八十岁不能算老，
五千年的文明沐浴我长青如松。
岁月的信念是我的生命线，
祖国的神经是我的生物钟！

Pouring Out My Heart at Age 80
Oh, time!
As a news documentary,
Showing my figures of birth, schooling and hard working.
As a gathering point for innumerable new starts,
Recording my life course of breakthrough, turning point and gigantic leaping.
Oh, Motherland!
I was born and bred on your fertile soil.
Your noble spirits have cast a soul for me.
When I was putting on the fiery Red Scarf,
It coincides with the grand celebration of your birth.
The first time I left home,
I rode my grandpa’s bicycle.
The first time I went abroad,
The rising sun had risen above the Great Wall.
When I was in the “Sun-never-setting”Empire,
I experienced baptism of belief,
Thus the lofty ideal being kept in my mind forever.
When I was in the "Modern Empire",
I gave full play to protecting the fundamental interests of my country.
My age of 80 is not doddering,
