美国纽约警察局从机场逮捕了国际货币基金组织主席卡恩(Dominique Strauss-Kahn, 法国籍)，理由是强奸未遂，非法居留等。据说，卡恩在自己住的酒店里非礼一个女服务生，逼她口交，。。。(有关此事的英文报道见本文后的附件）

国际货币基金组织由多国成员组成，主席权重但又不完全听命于美国联储局或财政部，是个挺微妙的职务。面对欧洲债务危机，IMF采取什么行动，至关重要，它关系到美国的重大经济利益。卡恩出事，众说纷纭，但这Timing却是非常巧合，难怪市面上流言纷纷，但由于缺乏媒体话语权，这些流言也仅仅是个流言，难成主流，而主流新闻是一面倒：卡恩性侵犯一个女服务生。当然了，中国大陆海外民运也没像以往那样挺着小脖颈子声张正义，卡恩被抓好像也是“先抓后审”吧？怎么你们就不扯淡了？当然，他们算不上主流媒体，只能算是流言蜚语。随便地议论议论艾未未，而且本着严于律己宽于待人的原则，他们只有面对中共时才会如此正义、如此求全责备，真是拳拳爱党爱国之心溢于言表呀，嘿。。，但他们面对美国时，就只有摇尾巴的本能了，哪还敢唱红脸呀？

艾未未比不上卡恩，不过是个不入流的“行为艺术家”，他的那些行为艺术品，与其说是艺术品还不如说是下流A级产品。什么口交图，什么一虎八奶图，。。。，这也算是艺术？但，不管艾未未的“艺术品”如何下流，但有美国主流媒体罩着，他就是个反共英雄。早知道美国人这么喜欢艾未未的艺术天分，胡锦涛访美的时候，怎么不赠送一幅一虎八奶图给奥巴马和夫人收藏品玩呢？

可惜，卡恩没有艺术细胞，否则他也可以公然让人给他口交，因为那叫行为艺术，嘿。。。！但即便是没有艺术家身份，也不应该就这样随便抓他吧？我记得若干年前，美国总统克林顿可是从法律字眼上论证过，“口交不算性行为”，所以他宣誓时说和那个女人没有发生性行为，即便是后来莱温斯基提供了粘有精液的裙子，也不能算他在誓言下撒谎！既然口交不能算是性行为，又怎么能算是强奸呢？照克林顿的意思，那只能算是成年人之间的特殊交流方式而已，很正常吗。

当然了，在我看来，这卡恩该抓，那艾未未也不能放，谁让他们都触犯了法律呢？但问题是大陆海外民运怎么立场就这么鲜明呢？大家都说在比较文明的西方，权力是要受监督的，谁的监督？当然是媒体了，于是，媒体就是最大的“权力机构”，它们才能翻手为云覆手为手雨，这也算是社会的一种进步吗？那没有监督的媒体，或是被政府监控的媒体，又该如何平衡呢？多元社会就是好，比较热闹，但就是麻烦，这种高智商的Game，我估计中国人玩不转，中国人比较直接，出了问题就把问题给Kill了，不就的？多学学人家美国媒体，看看人家是怎么将一件事合法化的。非常类似的两件事，经过美国媒体这一操弄，一个成了人权问题，令一个则成立司法正义的典范，这里的双重标准中，隐含了巨大的国家利益在里面。

IMF President Arrested for Sexually Abusing a Chambermaid

The managing director of the International Monetary Fund was taken into custody and arrested for a criminal sex act, attempted rape and unlawful imprisonment of a chambermaid. Dominique Strauss-Kahn was widely expected to become the Socialist candidate for the French presidency.

The New York Times reported:

The managing director of the International Monetary Fund, Dominique Strauss-Kahn, was taken off an Air France plane at Kennedy International Airport minutes before it was to take off for Paris on Saturday and arrested in connection with the sexual attack of a maid at a Midtown Manhattan hotel, the authorities said.

Mr. Strauss-Kahn, 62, who was widely expected to become the Socialist candidate for the French presidency, was apprehended by detectives of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey in the first class section of the jetliner, and immediately turned over to detectives from the Midtown South Precinct, officials said.

The New York Police Department took Mr. Strauss-Kahn into custody, where he was “being questioned in connection with the sexual assault of a hotel chambermaid earlier this afternoon,” Deputy Commissioner Paul J. Browne, the New York Police Department’s chief spokesman, said Saturday evening. “He is being arrested for a criminal sex act, attempted rape and unlawful imprisonment.”

A spokeswoman for the Manhattan district attorney’s office said prosecutors were investigating the matter and expected to bring formal criminal charges against Mr. Strauss-Kahn by early Sunday morning.
