人类对长寿的渴望从未停止。以下习惯占据长寿排行榜的前十名。在你能看到的任何地方贴上便利贴,提醒自己戒掉坏习惯,按医嘱服药,多去户外,能有效帮你解除成瘾。

1、多喝水。水不仅能拯救人们的生命,还是长寿的第一要素。美国疾控中心的相关数据表明,很多疾病是由于摄入水不足引起的。养成勤饮水的好习惯,并适量摄取果汁、各种汤品,增加水分的摄入。

[附1】The Most Healthy Drinks

Water is considered the most healthy drink in the world. It is essential for hydration, maintaining body temperature, and maintaining the balance of bodily fluids. It is also calorie-free and doesn't contain any added sugars or artificial ingredients.

Other healthy drink options include:

  • Unsweetened tea or coffee
  • Low-fat milk or non-dairy milk alternatives
  • 100% fruit juice (in moderation due to natural sugar)
  • Vegetable juice

It's important to remember that moderation is key when it comes to consuming any type of drink. Consuming too much of any type of drink, even healthy ones, can have negative impacts on your health.

Additionally, drinking water and staying hydrated have been linked to many health benefits, such as:

  • Improving digestion
  • Flushing toxins out of the body
  • Aiding in weight loss
  • Improving skin health
  • Boosting physical performance

【附2】 Sparkling water vs. club soda vs. tonic water

First things first: We need to clear the air about what we mean when we say sparkling water.

Sparkling water is basically just water with some extra oomph. That oomph you feel when you take a sip is carbon dioxide gas that’s dissolved into the water under pressure (aka, carbonation). Most of the time, there are natural flavors added to sparkling water as well.

Sparkling water is also called seltzer water, and it’s similar to a few other types of carbonated water including club soda, sparkling mineral water and tonic water.

  • Club soda is carbonated water that also contains infused minerals, namely salts.
  • Sparkling mineral water is naturally carbonated, mineral-containing water that comes from a spring or well. Sometimes, it’s further carbonated by manufacturers.
  • Tonic water is carbonated water that contains quinine (a bittering agent) and sugar, as well as infused minerals.
