Why National College Signing Day Is a Big Deal
Yesterday, the First Lady celebrated National College Signing Day -- a tradition to celebrate students going to college the same way we celebrate athletes. The Obama Administration wants to make sure every student in America takes charge of their future by continuing their education past high school -- whether at a professional training program, community college or a four-year college or university.

The President's Upskill Initiative: 1 Year Later
Last year, President Obama called on companies to expand education benefits and training opportunities to provide their workers the chance to earn higher-paying jobs even if they don't have a higher education. Employers nationwide have answered the President's call to train frontline workers with the skills to earn higher-paying jobs.
