Dear Baoguang:

How are you recently? As we have expressed in our condolence messages to you, Baoyin and I were as heartbroken as you were when we heard that Juanhua, your dear wife, passed away last month.

We are writing this letter to invite you to visit us for a while to dissolve your depressed mood. Your niece and nephew, June Gao and George Gao, are both looking forward to your visit and hope you can visit them in Houston for a change.

As we talked over the phone you cannot stay in the sad mood for long, as doctors always advise, this kind of negative state of mind will do harm to your health. A new and refreshing environment will help you change and remove your gloomy feelings and get spirited as before.

Also as you know we are all getting older, we cannot go back to China to visit and stay with you as often and long as we'd like to.

As for the timing for your visit, it is good to be here enjoying beautiful weather in summer,  but we're always ready to welcome you.

Again we sincerely wish you can come and visit us in this difficult time for you.
