DiNapoli: After–School Provider Diverted Public Funds For Personal Use
The executive director of Baychester Youth Council, a Bronx after–school provider, sought reimbursement for $250,400 in inappropriate or undocumented expenses, including an electronic theater that was installed in her home, according to an audit and investigation released Thursday by State Comptroller Thomas P. DiNapoli.
